The Production System Behind Kdo, če ne mi?
The Challenge
KdoJeOskar had a vision: create a cultural podcast series featuring 12 of Slovenia's most compelling creative voices across film, music, literature, and fashion. They knew exactly what story they wanted to tell and who needed to be in the conversation.
What they needed was a production partner who could handle the technical execution at scale—12 episodes, professional quality, efficient timeline—so they could focus entirely on content, guests, and creative direction.
Our Role
We were the production engine behind "Kdo, če ne mi?" Our job: handle every technical aspect so the client could focus on what mattered—the conversations.

The Production Setup
We set up at Grad Kodeljevo with a full multi-camera production rig designed for efficiency and consistency. The goal was to create a repeatable system that could handle 12 episodes without sacrificing quality.
Eight days of shooting. Twelve finished episodes. The production system worked because it was designed to—locked schedule, consistent setup, streamlined workflow.
The Guest Lineup (Client's Vision)
KdoJeOskar curated 12 guests representing four pillars of Slovenian culture:
Film & Cinema: 4 episodes
Film festival directors
Independent filmmakers
Fashion week organizers
Music: 4 episodes
Emerging musicians and producers
Music festival organizers and managers
Fashion brand founders with music connections
Literature: 2 episodes
Literary critics
Publishing industry leaders
Fashion & Design: 2 episodes
Fashion designers
Creative writers in fashion
This caliber of guest list doesn't happen by accident—it came from the client's relationships, vision, and understanding of who needed to be part of the conversation.
Multi-Format Output
Every episode became a content package:
Long-Form:
Full podcast episode (30-50 minutes)
Professional editing, graphics, color, sound
Ready for YouTube and podcast platforms
Short-Form:
3 Reels per episode = 36 total clips
Optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok
Designed to drive traffic to full episodes
We handled the technical execution and format optimization. The client distributed across their channels.
Why It Worked
Clear Division of Labor: The client focused on content, creative direction, and guests. We focused on cameras, lights, and delivery. No overlap, no confusion.
Production Efficiency: Eight shooting days for 12 episodes is aggressive, but the structured approach made it possible. When the technical side runs smoothly, content creators can focus on what they do best.
Scalable Workflow: The production system was designed to repeat. Same setup, same quality, episode after episode.
Multi-Platform Ready: By delivering both long-form and short-form content, we gave the client flexibility to maintain presence across platforms for months from a single production cycle.

Great content needs great production. KdoJeOskar had the vision, the guests, and the creative direction. We provided the technical infrastructure that made it all possible—on time, on budget, with consistent quality across 12 episodes.
